Mermaid Home
As we wait for COVID restrictions to lift in our state and county, we spent a lot of time in our own home DIY-ing “small but mighty” organizing projects that made a big impact to our daily lives and work from home. Featuring BEFORE and AFTER pictures.
River View Loft
After a new build, we designed, staged, and organized an open concept apartment on the second floor of a residential garage building.
The apartment features full kitchen, three-piece bath, studio living, dining, and bedroom spaces, and a bunk room. A balcony deck overlooks the Rappahannock River.
We blended the Rivah & Bay lifestyle with the Modern Farmhouse style for a peaceful, cozy aesthetic.
The Loft is now a five-star rated VRBO weekend rental. Guests enjoy a lovely amenities including a veggie garden, grill station, and access to beachfront.
